7. How soon can I expect to see results?
Most users begin to observe noticeable changes within 2–4 weeks of consistent use. However, results vary based on the individual's condition, age, and consistency in usage. There are always tiny reactions that you can observes even within days if you pay attention to the consumer. Nerves and brain improvements will take longer period to see the results as it takes time for consumer’s body to grow nerves.

9. Can I combine AutisHub products with medications?
While our supplements are natural, we suggest consulting your doctor if they are currently on medications, just to ensure compatibility.

10. Can I combine AutisPro with BrainyGrow or with other supplements?
Yes, you can combine AutisPro with BrainyGrow or other natural supplements(please ensure is natural ingredients), but we always recommend spacing them a few hours apart and monitoring your child's response. When in doubt, please consult your doctor.

11. Do I need to keep giving the product every day?
Yes, consistency is key. Daily consumption is necessary to see and sustain improvements in behaviour, focus, and emotional regulation. After some obvious results and consistent for a period of time, you may reduce the dosage or keeping the supplement for important day(such as exam, job interviews etc). If you observe the performance of the consumer is dropping, consuming daily is then recommended.

12. What if the consumer has an allergic reaction?
Please read the full ingredient list before consuming the product. If your child has a history of allergies or experiences any allergic reaction (e.g., rashes, swelling, breathing issues), stop using immediately and consult a healthcare professional.

We currently ship across Most of the countries in the world. Shipping rates and times are calculated at checkout based on your address. Should you require to purchase directly from pharmacies in your country, please contact us for more information.

14. How long will it take to receive my order?
Orders are typically processed within 1–2 working days. Delivery times:

• Malaysia: 2–5 working days

• International: 7–21 working days depending your custom clearance time.

15. Can I track my order?
Yes, once your order is shipped, you’ll receive a tracking number via email. You may drop us WhatsApp for tracking as well. We will do our very best to help.

RETURNS & REFUNDS

16. What if I’m not satisfied with the product?
We offer a satisfaction-based refund for customers who have purchased our 3-box packages and followed the recommended usage. For more details, check out our Return & Refund Policy. When you are following the recommended consumption, you may see the results. Note that AutisHub product is targeting specific individuals, non targeted individuals may not see obvious result but it may show improvements.

17. Can I return unopened items?
Yes, unopened and unused items can be returned within 3 days of receiving them. Kindly refer to our Return & Refund Policy for full details.

18. Who covers the return shipping and processing fees?
The buyer is responsible for all shipping fee including the return shipping, administrative charges (7%), and third-party fees like credit card charges and bank transfer costs.
