This return and refund policy exists because we genuinely care about our customers. We want to help you experience the full benefits of our products. We have also donated our supplements to many children and elderly individuals in need, as part of our dedication to community care. And if, for any reason, the products aren’t the right fit for you, we offer a fair and transparent process to support you.

It's all part of our promise to provide excellent service and always put your family's needs first.

1. Refund Eligibility

Refunds are only applicable for purchases made at full retail price from AutisHub.com. Purchases from resellers, third-party platforms, or promotional/discounted orders are not eligible.

2. Refund Types & Conditions

A. Unopened & Unused Products – Full Refund (excluding all fees and costs)

  • Request must be made within 3 days of receiving the product.

  • Product must be unopened, unused, and in original packaging.

  • A full refund will be issued excluding the following:

    • 7% administrative and processing fee

    • Logistics and shipping costs

    • Credit card, bank wire transfer fees, and third-party platform fees (if any)

    • Any sales tax or GST which ever exist

Note: Buyer is responsible for all return shipping and applicable charges.

B. Opened & Used Products (Only for 3-box packages)

We offer a full refund (excluding all fees and costs) under a satisfaction guarantee for 3-box packages only, provided the following conditions are met:

  • AutisPro(Package name: AutisPro3Boxes): The buyer has consumed the product according to the recommended daily usage for at least 30 consecutive days.

  • BrainyGrow(Package name: BrainyGrow3Boxes): The buyer has consumed the product according to the recommended daily usage for at least 60 consecutive days.

  • Proof of daily consumption (e.g., photos, videos, or logs) is provided. a daily video of the consumption is necessary.

  • A summary of the consumer's progress or results is submitted.

  • Proven document of consumer is the spectrum or developmental disabilities or having nerves related diseases. Purpose: We aim to help the needs by giving proper care to them.

Full Refund = 100% of Product Purchased Price (excluding the following):

  • 7% administrative fee

  • Shipping, taxes, and handling

  • Bank transfer or credit card fees

  • Any sales tax or GST which ever exist

  • Third-party platform charges (if any)

3. Request & Processing Timeline

  1. Whatsapp us (by clicking the whatsapp icon in autishub.com) within the eligible period.

  2. Provide:

    • Order number

    • Reason for refund

    • Supporting documents (proof of use, consumption record, observations)

  3. We will review and respond within 5–7 working days.

  4. Once approved, return instructions will be given.

  5. Refunds will be processed within 14 business days after returned items are received and verified.

4. Refund Method

  • Refunds will be processed via original payment method or bank transfer.

  • Buyer is responsible for all transfer or payment gateway fees.

5. Non-Returnable / Non-Refundable Items

  • Single-box purchases (used products)

  • Products bought during discounts, promotions, or bundles

  • Items received more than 30 days ago

  • Products damaged due to misuse or mishandling by customer.

  • Requests without required proof or documentation

6. Damaged or Incorrect Deliveries

  • If you receive a damaged or wrong item, notify us within 48 hours of delivery.

  • We will arrange a replacement at no cost except delivery charges.

7. Returning of Goods

You are responsible for the cost and risk of returning the goods to us. You should send the goods to the following address:

We cannot be held responsible for goods damaged or lost in return shipment.Therefore, we recommend an insured and trackable mail service. We are unable to issue a refund without actual receipt of the goods or proof of received return delivery.

8. Discretion Clause

AutisHub reserves the right to approve or reject any refund or return request at its sole discretion, especially in cases of suspected abuse or manipulation of our policies.
